El seu tema “7 Years” va ser la seva gallina dels ous d’or. Amb ell van aconseguir un èxit que va traspassar les fronteres daneses fins al punt que Warner Bros Records va (re)publicar el seu debut homònim de forma internacional. Però la discografia dels Lukas Graham compta entre el seu repertori altres petites joies del pop i del soul, plenes de poesia i carregades d’emoció. Moltes d’elles van aconseguir el número 1 de les llistes a Dinamarca.
